Supporting Local Candidates - 2008

This forum might be a good place for Linn/Benton candidates to communicate their needs with the folks who check in every once in a while.

I would like to help our local folks in the primary, and general election as much as I can.
I haven't been able to make it to a meeting in the past two months because of illness, so I really don't know if what I can do for any of them. I will try to make it to Benton Counties monthly meeting, and Linn's meeting in May.

I have been able to make it to see Obama, and Hillary's campaign tours, when they stopped in Eugene. I hope to try and get into some of the training sessions in Eugene this weekend.

If any local candidates would like to post any of their policy stances, and what they would like to do if elected that would give the readers who logon and read some of these posting something to think about.

I hope to meet, and get a chance to talk to some of them soon.
